The Leadership Ministry Team at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is in the process of evaluating our leadership structure in an effort to find a structure that is both appropriate for our congregationÕs size and where our staff can function optimally.  We currently have a total of 15 staff members (includes full and part-time employees) to serve our congregation of 1,200 baptized/750 confirmed members. 

 

Our Senior Pastor, David Sloop, visited with you in July 2004, and shared some of the details of the leadership structure of Abiding Hope with our Leadership Ministry Team.  In addition, we have reviewed your congregations 2003 Annual Report (dated February 1, 2004) and the summary of Lead Staff Team (revised April 7, 2004).   Following review of the aforementioned information, we developed a set of categories and questions to focus our discussion.  We hope these questions will give you an idea of the information we seek.
