Mission statement

ChristCare Groups are gatherings of 5 to 12 people who meet on a regular basis with a trained and supervised leader in order to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether the groups are bible studies, support and accountability groups, prayer groups or mission teams, each ChristCare group typically does these four activities: community building and care, Biblical equipping (time in God's word), prayer and worship and missional service.

ChristCare Groups have begun at Good Shepherd!

To be involved, find a group that fits your schedule and contact the leader. This is an excellent way to “Believe” - grow in your faith; “Belong” - get to know other people; and “Serve” - groups choose a missional service. Current Groups are:

Who: Adults (great opportunity for short term commitment)
When: Monday evenings beginning April 7 at 7:30 pm

Who: Single ladies ages 40 and up
When: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

Focus: Faith building through Bible Study

Who: Adults
When: 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings

Focus: “Beginnings”
